Dear Mr. President

Dear Mr. President:

First of all, I would like to congratulate you on your historic election as the 44th President of this great nation of ours. You not only created history but you also re-ignited the beacons of hope that had begun to grow dim from the onslaught of hardship and hopelessness. No president has faced the sort of economic, social, international, and ecological challenges you are about to face. We have great faith in your abilities and your intentions. I wish you all the best.

You said, "Everyone has to do their part in this time of crisis", and as a fellow citizen I would like to let you know that I would like to join you in your journey towards strengthening this nation, and resurrecting our economic might. And I'm ready to walk the extra mile to achieve this.

I'm a Disabled Veteran and right now I depend upon disability benefits and my veterans’ pension. By extending a helping hand to my fellow countrymen, women, and veterans, I might lose my livelihood and 100% of my pension. Nonetheless, I have chosen a path of self-sacrifice. And I'm not going to flinch.

I know you are a practical man who believes in action and not ambiguous assertions, so I'll come straight to the point: VeteranSupporter.com is a business venture that is going to provide financial security to our people when they need it the most. With a firm belief in the philosophy that together we can overcome any obstacle, I'm getting together a highly-driven and dedicated team of men and women from our country, and even U.S. citizens stationed abroad, who will provide each other financial and intellectual assistance in these times of war and economic hardship. My unique system will minimize risk and maximize opportunities, because there will always be somebody ready to help somebody else.

Being a commercial venture, it means that once it’s operational, I may lose my disability benefits and veterans’ pension, and if the venture fails, my benefits and pension will not be restored. Further, I will also lose the savings that I'm investing in this venture. So you can hopefully understand how much is at stake. I’m willing to minimize the risks of others by risking my entire livelihood. I served my country when I was on active duty, and I intend to serve my country now, from my home, even if it leaves me penniless.

For this effort, I'll of course need all the help I can get. Mr. President, please send forth your helping hands in this function so it will continue to do well. I've gone the extra mile for the love of my country even when I didn't have any support. Now that I've gone beyond the call of duty, others have joined me in doing what is needed in this time of hardship.

To this end, Mr. President, please send forth your helping hands and support for this “stimulus package” that will allow citizens, veterans, disabled, businesses, and non-profits to come together to bring about the change we hope for. I again send forth my thanks with the highest of gratitude, and I also extend the very generous thanks to the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Veterans Medical centers, as well as all the individuals who are supporting me with this project. I'm truly so very grateful for everyone going the extra mile.

Although I'm not able to work, I dug in, doing everything I could to help when matters appeared impossible, led by my desire to see hope, not only for myself, but for my fellow countrymen and women. Please forgive me if I'm in the wrong, nevertheless, the desire in seeing hope not only for myself but for my fellow Country men and women are the essence of life in which I was robbed from some time ago. Again, Mr. President, please send forth your helping hands. I as well as others will continue to show forth our desire to do, as you asked all Americans, “our part in helping." But we need support. We're not asking for money for we feel strongly that there are other ways to bring about financial help. I will continue wishing for the wellness and vibrant success of everyone that is doing what it takes. Thank you, Mr. President. Thank you so very much, for I know your time is very important. I will continue doing my best and giving my all for the love of my country.

"Doing our part in helping our fellow Hero's, Veterans, Businesses, Citizens, and Non Profit Organizations abroad."

Greatly Honored,

Jeffery Powell
